  • Thunder on the Mountain, by Vulcan Park Birmingham
    On Friday, July 4th at 9 pm, Thunder on the Mountain 2008, Birmingham’s traditional fireworks demonstration, will once again illuminate the skies above.
    Based on growing crowds in recent years, organizers are advising spectators to stake out a viewing point somewhere in the Homewood or Birmingham Southside areas below Red Mountain well in advance of the 9 p.m. show. If you can see Vulcan, you have an excellent viewing spot.

    My church has great Fireworks show after the Worship.

    July 2nd, at 7:00 PM at Grants Mill campus of Church of The Highlands. Fireworks show, cotton candy, ice cream, hot dogs and more after the worship.
    Bring blankets and chairs, bring family and friends.
