I assume all Townhouse owners on Treymoor Lake Circle got a notice about trash cans being in front of their residence. Does anyone have anything in writing where an excemption was granted back during the initial construction time as the residences in the middle units have no way to get trash cans to the rear of their property.

I do not know about the Townhouses, but I got a notice yesterday that we have 4 counts of violation, which none of them applied.

If my daughter's hoola-hoop is a problem item on my driveway, then there is a big issue here.

My husband will address this in the official reply letter to the Association.
I am sure we will find out what's going on.

Hello! I also recieved a letter that I was out of compliance on six different items relating to the covenants. NONE of them were true. I have already responded to Mr. Roberson in detail through e-mail, but as of now have gotten no response. I am extremely frustrated with the false accusations.

We also received one, and I absolutely could not figure out exactly what the violation was. I don't think the covenant cited was the correct/best one for the issue, which made it confusing. I liked (if that's possible) the previous letter used which not only referenced the ordinance but listed the specific issue.

I think it's something that is a work in progress and will be addressed and fine-tuned.

We and all our immediate neighbors also got noncompliance letters that were vague,
nonspecific, and mostly appeared to be incorrect. What a waste of money for our association. I am going to make a point to visit the next board meeting and demand that the responsible party be billed back for this outrageous waste of our time and money! I have had enough of this crap. Next time I'll just take a portion of my association dues and simply set fire to the money in my chimney. That would at least cut out the middle man and be a more efficient way to waste the money.

And let's talk about the mailboxes shall we? Hmmm? I noticed that there was money spent to convert the signs along Weatherly Club Drive to metal from wood. (even though the idiots spelled Glen with two "n"s). So I get to pay $275 or more for a new metal mailbox? NOT! I will let it rot at the base, then prop it up with 2x4s and paint it purple before I spend money on replacing the entire thing. If someone else wants it replaced so bad, they can do it! Besides, I apparently need to paint my house and replace dead shrubbery first!

I think my neighbors are going to get together this coming weekend and have a letter burning party! I wonder what kind of wine goes best with burning association letters?
