What are the "rules" regarding having a 15 foot flag pole installed at my town home? I want to fly the American flag along with another flag.

Does the covenants allow this?

Thanks!

We got a notice to remove a Bama lawn banner that was about 24" high and stuck in the gound in the front of our townhouse. The covenants says no flags or banners, but that would also include "for sale" signs and election signs so I'm not sure about the enforcement.

The banner should have been Auburn *smile* just kidding

Thanks for the response. I don't think that it really would be allowed...I was just curious.

I want to show my patriotism, but, I don't like the wall mounted flags. I guess I will just feel it in my heart... *sigh*
