Based on the City of Alabaster sign ordinance concerning off-premises real estate signs, and existing Association covenants, The Weatherly Residential Association has adopted the following policy regarding the posting of signage in Weatherly:
Real estate signs, garage sale signs and any other signs will not be permitted on any of the landscaped areas within the Weatherly Residential Subdivision including entrance to Weatherly from Highway 11.
Directional signs may be placed at each sector entrance, but not in landscaped areas, as long as they meet the requirements of the City ordinance and Weatherly covenants.
These signs should not be placed prior to 3 p.m. on Friday and must be removed prior to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Also no balloons are permitted on these signs.
