Q: Why are residential fees different for each neighborhood? Shouldn’t every home owner have to pay the same amount no matter where you live in Weatherly?

A:  The annual assessments vary based on sector. Basically, the estate size lots on Club drive pay a larger assessment than the town-home lots in Aberdeen. This is granted in the Bylaws in section 5.11.

Here is part of that section:
The Board of Directors shall also have the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to levy different amounts as assessments to each Residential Lot based on the zoning classification of such Residential Lot. For purposes of illustrating the foregoing, the Board of Directors may, in their discretion, elect to assess estate lots which comprise Residential Lots at a higher amount than that which is assessed for cluster homes or other smaller lots comprising Residential Lots within the Development.
