The sale of cookies as a way to finance Girl Scout troop activities began as early as 1917, five years after Juliette Gordon Low started Girl Scouting in the United States. Girl Scout cookies are baked by Little Brownie bakers and are highest quality products.
I keep hearing that Girl Scout Cookies freeze well, but personally I have never had any left to freeze. In my household they are never left over for later time. If you personally do not like sweets, nor cookies, consider buying them and give away as a gift to your neighbors and friends. It's not just a delicious cookie, it is so much more!
